Customer Service Representative / Accounting Assistant - Captain’s Cove Marina


As a CSR and Accounting Assistant at Captain’s Cove Group of Companies, you are passionate about your work and perform with a high level of energy, reliability and pride. Customers and coworkers alike look forward to their interactions with you. Your administrative work is thorough, organized and detail-oriented. You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and an ability to learn new software applications quickly. You have a solid command of the English language and excellent communication skills. Your work experience demonstrates success in providing customer service and strong administrative support.

  • Answering the telephone, greeting, and assisting clients with a customer service oriented mindset

  • Responding to inquiries and helping clients with issues

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, courier and faxes

  • Transferring and screening calls for managers and executives

  • Providing accounting support under the direction of managers and supervisors

  • Data entry, processing accounts receivable, and calling customers about their overdue accounts.


·         At least 2 years experience in this capacity

  • Intermediate level in Microsoft office Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher

  • Basic accounting knowledge

  • Proficient in English language both written and verbal

  • Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
